Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. If your item qualifies for free local delivery, we’ll hand-deliver it within Midland, TX in 1–2 days.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! We offer free local delivery in Midland, TX on select items. Just look for “Free Local Delivery” at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days as long as the item is unopened. Magazines are excluded.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and items marked as final sale or on sale can’t be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@boscpapersupply.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll get back to you with next steps.

Are your books and magazines new or used?
All books and magazines are new, directly from the publisher or distributor.
Why can’t I return a magazine?
Magazines are considered collectible and sensitive to handling, so we can’t accept returns once they’ve shipped.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Some titles are limited edition or out of print. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to reach out and we’ll check with our suppliers.
Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts and delivered instantly by email.
Can I use a gift card online and in person?
Gift cards can be used online, and we’ll honor them for local purchases or events too.
Do gift cards expire?
Nope — our gift cards never expire.
