Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition. Please note that magazines and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Fees & Return Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, just email us at info@boscpapersupply.com with your order number and the item you’d like to send back. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an unopened item, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help if stock allows.
