Refund policy

Returns
Please contact info@boscpapersupply.com within 30 days of purchase to exchange or refund your order.

Item(s) must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned. Magazines and sale items are final.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
We take great care in packaging your order and if we make a mistake, we want to correct it immediately. Please notify us as soon as possible at info@boscpapersupply.com to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on magazines, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
