In This Issue

A Magazine Curated By Nike: Studio Focus explores the creative culture surrounding Nike through the perspectives of designers, artists, photographers and collaborators connected to the brand. Presented as a special edition of A Magazine Curated By, the issue looks beyond the finished product to examine the ideas, processes and visual language that shape Nike’s creative world.

Across its pages, archival material, original photography, artwork and personal contributions come together to explore the relationship between sport, design and culture. The result is part magazine, part creative archive and a collectible look inside one of the most recognizable design identities in the world.

About A Magazine Curated By

A Magazine Curated By is a biannual fashion and culture publication that hands the creative direction of each issue to a different guest curator. Invited designers, fashion houses and creative figures are given the freedom to shape the magazine around their own world, bringing together photography, art, writing, personal references and collaborators that reveal the ideas and influences behind their work.

Since its beginnings in 2000, the publication has been curated by some of fashion’s most influential voices, including Maison Martin Margiela, Yohji Yamamoto, Haider Ackermann, Alessandro Michele, Simone Rocha and Grace Wales Bonner. More than a traditional fashion magazine, each edition is conceived as a highly personal creative document, making every issue distinctly different from the one before it.
